Lentil salad with tomatoes and onions

Ingredients
2 cups lentils
4 tomatoes
2 bunches of spring onions
1 bunch fresh mint
1 lemon
20 black olives
olive oil or sunflower oil
pepper
salt
Method
Lentils soak in cold water for 1 night. Put it to boil and after six minutes the first water is discharged. The lentils is boiled and added to it a little salt and fat. Should not razvaryava. Remove and drain well water. Transfer to a bowl and pour a little oil. Add lemon juice and salad and put in refrigerator. Cut the tomatoes into cubes and onions, mint and olives (Pitted) finely. The lentils is mixed with a little salt, pepper and other products. Optional in serving add more lemon juice.
