Macaroni with mince

Ingredients
500 g macaroni
500 g minced meat
200 g cheese
1 onion
2-3 tomatoes
100 g butter
300 ml broth of your choice
pinch of salt
pepper
Method
Minced meat mixed with chopped onion and fry in preheated fat. After browning well add grated tomatoes and leave on low heat until the liquid evaporates. When ready to mix with the pre-cooked pasta and add broth and seasonings and is cooked for about five minutes. Serve hot, sprinkled with grated cheese.
