Mackerel baked with wine

Ingredients
1 mackerel (clean)
1/4 cup wine
1 carrot
1 tomato
1 onion
1/2 tsp Himalayan salt
1/3 tsp pepper
2-3 basil leaves
1 lemon
1/2 cup water

Method
Mackerel salted and rub well with pepper bottom of the pan is distributed chopped onion, put the fish on top, which are packed chopped basil, tomato and carrot, watered with wine and water. Tray covered with aluminum foil, which make three small holes to air out. Mackerel contain omega-3 fatty acids and to maintain the first bake 40-50 minutes at 150C degrees (anywhere wrote to 120p, but I did a little), then remove, the pendulum fthe oil and doizpicha of 200C degrees for about 10-15 minutes to be constipated. Serve with lemon pieces. * Fish itself contains 24.3 g egg white, 3.2 g fat, no carbs and calories are 128 to 100 years
