Melba with flamed fruit
500 g of ice cream or vanilla ice cream
2 tbsp honey
1 small nectarine
1 small apple
20 ml vodka (brandy, rum or strong brandy)
Spread ice cream in 3 suitable for sundae cups. In a pan put the honey to melt and add the chopped fruit. Fry them until the honey begins to caramelized, pull the fire, pour alcohol and return again to the fire, light and even as forests, pour over ice cream 1-2 tablespoons and serve immediately.
