Mesenitsa - II type

Ingredients
# For the dough:
1 kg of flour
20 g fresh yeast
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
2 eggs
200 g yogurt
sunflower oil, as you take
# For the filling:
3-4 eggs
400 g cheese
Method
Yeast dissolved in a little warm water and mix with the salt, sugar and a little flour. Allow to stand for 30 minutes so as effervescent. Eggs are broken and mixed with yeast, milk, flour and the oil, as necessary, to make tight dough. Rise for 1-2 hours until doubled in volume. Roll out the dough on a round crust. Prepare the stuffing beaten eggs and crumbled feta cheese. The sheet is coated with the filling and rolled up, being cut into pieces with a thickness of 5-6 cm. They rank in an oiled dish, sprinkled with flour, with cut up. Smeared with yolk. Bake at 200C until ready.
