Mushrooms with potatoes

Ingredients
10 baby potatoes, equally large
6 large porcini mushrooms
2 tbsp thyme (leaves only)
1 handful parsley, chopped
3-4 dried tomatoes
1 chili or red chili pepper
3 cloves garlic (or more)
200 g butter
Method
Potatoes are washed well, cut lengthwise into quarters without peeling. Arrange in a baking dish with a little water, cover with foil and bake at 220 C for 50 minutes (with fan). Meanwhile, cut all spices, tomatoes, peppers and garlic, separated stumps mushrooms and put everything in a blender, mix. Put salt, add the butter and mix well. With soft butter filled the umbrellas of porcini, arranged in a baking dish and put in 20 minutes in the oven with potatoes. The butter absorbs in mushrooms and ran into the tray. Porcini distributed in dishes, potatoes are put in melted butter firing confuse well and add to the mushrooms. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve hot.
