Mutton in pendzhapski

Ingredients
1.5 kg mutton
500 g chopped onion
1 kg spinach
10 g turmeric
20 g ginger
5 g cumin
10 g paprika
150 g yogurt
boiled rice for garnish
Method
Onions fry in sunflower oil. Add turmeric and stew for 3 minutes. Insert the meat, cut into medium pieces and stew 1 hour over low heat. Strangling it with a little water, which make up if necessary. Add all other products and continue cooking for another 20 minutes. Serve with boiled rice.
