Ingredients
200 g flour
2 eggs
1 kg spinach
100 g butter
150 g grated cheese
nutmeg to taste
150 ml milk

Method
Yolks, mix thoroughly, add flour. The mixture was then diluted with milk to form a homogeneous mixture. Allow to rest for about 10 minutes. Separately, beat egg whites snow, add a pinch of salt. Mix with dough, stirring gently. Fry thin pancakes in a pan with a diameter of 13-15 centimeters. Spinach stew is 3/4 of the butter, while the water is evaporated, and added 2 tbsp grated cheese. Add salt and nutmeg to taste. The resulting mixture is smeared on the pancakes thick. Wound on a roll and arrange in pan, pre-greased with a little of the remaining butter. On each pancake put a little piece of butter. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake in preheated oven at 180 C for about 30 minutes.
