Persian moussaka

Ingredients
500 g minced meat
300 g mushrooms
200 g smoked feta cheese
200 g cheese
3-4 skinless sausages
1 slice bread
2 eggs
pepper
salt
savory
Method
Mushrooms, smoked feta cheese and the skinless sausages cut into cubes and mix with minced meat, bread (previously soaked and drained) and two egg yolks. Add spices and the whole was kneaded with 200 ml water. Pour into greased pan and bake in a moderate oven. Is baked, pour the beaten foam egg whites and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake to golden.
