Pinxhur

Ingredients
1 kg green peppers towers
1 kg red peppers towers
2 kg carrots
5 liters of tomato juice
250 ml sunflower oil
200 ml vinegar
salt and sugar
4 cloves garlic
parsley
Method
Carrots cut into rings and fry in the oil 5 minutes, then put the vinegar. Fry for another 10 minutes and put the baked and peeled peppers, cut into pieces, fry them so another 10 minutes and add the tomato juice and some salt. Boil until the desired consistency. Download and season with sugar, Cessna and parsley and salt if necessary. Pour into dry jars and sterilize 20 minutes.

I buy ready by the Turkish shops, but I liked so far, any company to try. Home safe is another.
