Pirog chicken

Ingredients
1 chicken
4 eggs
salt
pepper
1/2 bunch parsley
juice of 1/2 lemon
300 g flour
110 g butter
1 cup (200 ml) milk
Method
The chicken is boiled. Boned and the meat cut into small cubes. Add chopped boiled egg, salt, pepper, parsley, lemon juice and mix with 3 raw eggs. Add sauce "Bechamel" prepared from fried 10 g butter 1 tbsp (10 g) flour, diluted with milk. Everything is thoroughly mixed. Dough is kneaded by the remaining butter and flour and water to form a soft dough medium. Allow to stand for 15 minutes in the cold. Roll out a sheet with a thickness of 0.5 cm and covered her bottom and sides of rectangular cake. Insert the filling and the edges of the dough rolled, so everything was covered. Bake about 40 minutes and serve warm, cut into slices.
