Potato pancakes with leeks and broccoli

Ingredients
150 g potatoes
150 g broccoli
150 g leek
2 eggs
1 tsp flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp thyme
1/4 hours. h. sunflower oil
Method
Peel the potatoes and boil in salted water, then smash a blender or food processor along with broccoli, eggs, flour, salt and spices, while creating a sort of dough. Cut the leek into small pieces and also added in the dough. Distribute 16 balls that are rolled pancakes with thickness of about 0.5 cm and fry on both sides until golden. Serve warm with salad.
