Rice with lentils - II type

Ingredients
1 cup Rice
1/2 cup lentils
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
1 onion
1 carrot
oil
salt, white pepper, parsley
Method
The lentils is boiled in advance in a separate container. Chop the onion and other vegetables on sticks, smothered in a pan with olive oil and water. Add the washed rice and more water for cooking rice. Once the vegetables and rice are ready added in the pot boiled lentils and spices. Dish cook a few more minutes to mix the ingredients and spices.
