Ingredients
200 g rice
500 ml milk
80 g sugar
1 tbsp butter
pinch of salt
vanilla
# For the chocolate sauce:
100 g of powdered sugar
1 tbsp water
1- 2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp cocoa

Method
Rice pre-soak for about 10 minutes in water, then washed nice and is boiled in milk together with the vanilla and sugar. Allow to cool and poured into bowls. Powdered sugar and cocoa sifted and dilute with a little water, add melted butter, stirring continuously. Rice turned in plates and pour the warm chocolate sauce.
