Ingredients
          1 pig - 3 kg net weight
          100 g pork lard
          10 cloves of garlic
          2 tbsp sea salt
          2 tbsp pepper
          3 bay leaves
          1 cup white wine

          Method
              Mix all spices, forming a homogeneous mass. Spread pig well internally and externally. The rest of the marinade is put in his belly and sutured. Bake in oven broach, from time to time pour white wine. Once the pig is well baked, razshiva is inside and out sauce, which is quite spicy. Garnish with fried potatoes, salad and red wine.
