Round banitsa with leek and feta cheese Annie

Ingredients
500 g filo pastry sheets
4 eggs
300 g feta cheese
1 cup soda
3-4 leeks onion with green leaves
olive oil

Method
Leeks are washed and cut. Fry with a little olive oil until browned stirring to not stick. Beat eggs, add the feta cheese, leeks and carbonated water. On each crust put the filling and roll. Arrange in a greased tray and top also smeared with olive oil. Bake in a moderate oven.
