Ingredients
4 large chicken breasts
125 g butter
zest of one lemon
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp fresh parsley
1 clove garlic
salt
4-5 tbsp flour
breadcrumbs
sunflower oil for frying
lemon decoration
# For the mushroom sauce:
3 tbsp butter
1 tbsp flour
1 tsp soy sauce
1-2 tbsp white wine
250 g mushrooms canned
1/2 cup sour cream
salt
pepper
Method
