Salad of leeks and olives

Ingredients
2-3 leeks onion
10-15 olives
1 tbsp olive oil or sunflower oil
2 tbsp tomato paste
salt
vinegar or lemon juice
2 eggs

Method
White part leeks cut into small pieces, sprinkle with olive oil, salt and vinegar, add the tomato puree and stir gently. Serve as a garnish with slices of hard-boiled eggs and olives.
