Ingredients
6-7 eggs
300 g smoked bacon or ham
250 g sour cream
200 g cheese
sunflower oil
pepper, salt

Method
Bacon fry gently, then add eggs. Mix everything well. Seasoned with salt and pepper and add sour cream. The whole was stirred well and separated into portions, and then grated cheese.
