Shpikovana quince

Ingredients
1 quince
5-6 cloves
cinnamon
1 tsp walnuts
Method
Quince cut flap gouge is seeds. Quince is filled with the walnuts. On the sheet make holes as number of cloves. Any clovesche get wet, dips in cinnamon and zabuchva in the hole. Wrap in foil and bake. And served hot and cold.

Oohoo what fruit surprise. How long should I bake?

Well, at least 2 hours at about 130 degrees roast them, my mother left them a full day of hot stones to fire in the fireplace.
