Skewers of sheep or lamb

Ingredients
1 kg mutton
100 ml vinegar
10 Allspice
10 peppercorns
5 bay leaves
5 cloves garlic (crushed)
2 onions (sliced)
1 tbsp mint
water
Method
Sheep meat is cut into small pieces for kebabs. Put it in a deep dish. Of other products prepared marinade. It pour the meat, mix and make up as much water as to cover the meat. Leave in the refrigerator overnight and the next day rinse, salted to taste and put on skewers. Bake on the BBQ or barbeque. Do not feel any breath of sheep meat.
