Soup chestnut

Ingredients
1.25 l meat broth
250 g chestnut
bay leaf 1
2 cloves
100 g ham
Method
Incision is made in the form of a cross chestnuts, pour water and bake 10-15 minutes in low oven. Peel the chestnuts, pour broth, add the ham, spices and boil for 40 minutes. The soup is pressed, warmed and served with fried morsels of bread.
