Spaghetti with minced meat and pickles

Ingredients
400 g spaghetti
500 g minced meat
1 onion
4-5 pickles
2-3 cloves garlic
1 jar of canned tomatoes or 4-5 fresh tomatoes
olive or sunflower oil
sugar
oregano
basil
150 g or parmesan cheese
salt
pepper

Method
Minced meat fry in 4-5 tbsp olive oil or sunflower oil to make crumbs. Add chopped onion and garlic and continue frying until the onion softens. Put diced pickles and tomatoes. Season to taste with salt, sugar, pepper, oregano and basil and leave on low heat to boil about 20 minutes to the sauce thickened. Boil pasta in salted water with 1 tbsp sunflower oil, to prevent sticking. Drain and serve in individual bowls. Top put the mixture of minced meat and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese or cheese. Optional put mayonnaise, mustard or ketchup.

before I put cheese, a mess of everything, so that spaghetti spiced better and gets very tasty dish.
