Method
Clear spinach and blanch in a suitable container in salted boiled water for 4-5 minutes. Strain it and squeeze better than water. All products digest in a blender or blender in the order they are written without olive oil, sesame seeds, flour and the feta cheese. We leave in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to harden the mixture. Once ready add the crumbled feta cheese, stirring and using a spoon shape balls dropping them in sesame seeds, which are spread on the desktop or as I do - in a newspaper. Roll tightly with sesame each bead mine are a little larger than a walnut. Arrange them in pre-greased with olive oil and lightly obrashnena pan. Bake at 180C degrees around 30-35 moments. Serve with fat-mayonnaise sauce, seasoned with a little garlic paste and dill and cherry tomatoes. * It may be fried, but I'm not fond of fried.
