The sponge cake Mom

Ingredients
2 cups flour
2 cup sugar
1 cup sunflower oil
1 cup yogurt
10 g baking powder
2 vanilla
4 eggs
Cocoa
coconut, chocolate chips or nuts optional

Method
In two hearts separated whites from the yolks. Whip 2 cups sugars and vanilla 2 until they snow. Yolks are broken with 1 cup sunflower oil and then there is added 1 cup yoghurt. To the mixture to the yolks add 2 cups flour is first stirred by hand a little, then a mixer. A mixture of egg whites, break good both with a mixer. You can add coconut, chocolate sprinkles or nuts - whatever you like and still Beat with a mixer. In a well greased so, sprinkled with a little flour pour part of the mixture. To the other part of the mixture is added cocoa and mix with mixer and pour it into the tray. Put it in a preheated oven at 200C degrees, then you put the cake in the oven, it shall be reduced to 170C degrees. Bake until the initial rising and get ready. Check with a toothpick in the middle - dry out when ready.
