Steaks with mushrooms

Ingredients
4 steaks ham
handful of dried porcini
8 triangles processed cheese with herbs
70 g butter
pepper
salt
spices of your choice
1 cup wine
Method
Steaks are rubbed with salt, pepper and selected spices for pork. Porcini soaked in water to restore volume. Drained and cut into large pieces. In a large clay pot with smeared with butter bottom are arranged order steaks, mushrooms row, row processed cheese. Rotation continues until the products run out. On the last layer is crushed the butter. Pour over the wine and bake in the oven.

Instead of porcini, okay and mushrooms.

I suppose might happen with mushrooms (fresh or canned), but the flavor will be different and the dish will be the same.
