10 kg tomatoes
salt

Method
Tomato spend about 3 kg, milled with machine (best done with a device for removing the skins and seeds). The resulting tomato juice is put to boil and add salt. Other tomatoes Peel (easier with potato peeler) and are placed close to the jars, pour tomato juice to 1 cm below the rim of the jar. Tomatoes should be well zaleti so that there is no empty space. Is closed hermetically and sterilize 20 minutes.
