Stuffed mushrooms with cottage cheese and onion

Ingredients
20 mushrooms
100 g cheese
100 g cottage cheese
3 eggs
1 onion
1/2 bunch parsley
pepper
30 g butter

Method
Mushrooms are washed and remove stumps. Cut stalks and gently sauté the onion in the butter and down from the fire. In a bowl, whisk the eggs and the cottage cheese, add the grated cheese, pepper, parsley and onion stew and stumps. The mixture was stirred, filled to the fungi, arranged in a tray, the bottom of which was filled a little water. Bake in preheated oven 35-40 minutes at 200 C.
