Stuffed vegetables in the oven

Ingredients
2-3 eggplants
6-7 tomatoes
3-4 peppers
500 g minced meat
1 onion
pepper
salt
savory
sunflower oil

Method
Peppers, tomatoes and eggplant are cut from the upper side. Inside the eggplant and tomatoes carving and retained in a separate container. Peppers cleaned the inside is removed. The mixture of tomatoes and eggplant are passaged. In a deep dish put sunflower oil, the resulting mixture, mince, salt, pepper, herbs and chopped onions. The mixture is boiled on the stove, stirring constantly until a homogeneous mixture. Inside the vegetables sprinkled with salt, rank in the tray and fill it in with the mixture and top put pre-cut lids. Pour with sunflower oil and water and bake in a moderate oven.
