Sunday pork stew

Ingredients
2 kg pork
330 ml beer
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
1 onion
1/2 cup olive oil
oregano, pepper, salt
Method
Cut the meat into cubes and place it in a pot. Then slicing the onions into quarters and together with the peppers, cut into chunks, add them together with other products to the meat. Leave to stand for five hours in the cold. Bake at 180C degrees as turn aside beer and remain only olive oil.
