Chocolate cake impossible

Ingredients
4 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
125 g butter
1 tsp vanilla sugar
pinch of salt
6 and 1/2 tbsp flour (65 g - filled, but not peak spoons)
6 tbsp (50 g) cocoa
2 cup milk
1 tsp apple cider vinegar

Method
Eggs must be at room temperature, separated egg whites and egg yolks. Yolks beat with a mixer with the sugar until creamy. The butter melts and with vanilla and a pinch of salt is added to the yolk mixture. Mix well again. Flour and cocoa sifted and mixed in a separate bowl. Three times were added to the wet mixture, and stirred to homogeneity. Fresh milk was warmed (hot, not hot) and a stream is added to the mixture while stirring with a mixer. The mixture becomes quite liquid, so should be. Vinegar Egg whites are broken down into a clean bowl, with mixer clean hard snow - by lifting the mixer to form a solid tips. Take two mixtures of Chocolate puts less egg white and gently stir. Then of egg white put a little in the chocolate and gently stir again.
