Turkey fillet with broccoli and cheese

Submitted by enr on 13 Oct 2013
Ingredients
300 g of turkey fillet
400 g broccoli
1 cup vegetable broth
60-70 g butter or olive oil
1 tsp salt, curry and savory
pepper
200 g cheese
parsley
Method
Slice the turkey fillet into large cubes. Washed and dried broccoli. In a deep pot melting the butter (or getting hot olive oil / sunflower oil) and add first fillet you fry about 2 minutes on both sides. Once the meat is almost ready, steam broccoli with him until a little tender. Add the vegetable broth and spices (instead of vegetable may, add chicken), sandwiching with a lid and wait until broccoli mode. Once you are ready, I personally use baking paper instead of pan or other container with fat. With a slotted spoon wring broccoli and sirloin and distribute them on baking paper. Grated cheese and bake until golden in a preheated 220C oven.
