Veal escalopes with beer

Ingredients
veal
beer
Egg
breadcrumbs
Salt
pepper
Method
The meat is cut into small slices and crushed. Pour beer. Stay 1-2 hours. Then drain, add salt and sprinkle with pepper. Dip in egg and breadcrumbs again in egg and fry.
