Wafer rolls, bowls, cones

Ingredients
65 g liquid butter
250 g sugar
pinch of salt
2 eggs
450 ml water
250 g flour
cinnamon, vanilla or anise aroma

Method
The butter, sugar, salt and eggs are broken. Added in small portions, by alternating water and flour until it is uses. Put spices are optional. The dough is allowed one hour to swell. Prepare Waffle. Tubes for preparing rolling pin. For bowls a bowl cones a cone, for example of cardboard coated with sunflower oil. With a large spoon (for cooking) Pour batter into Waffle and bake until desired browning. Once removed, the wafer must be treated immediately. For tubes are rolled rolling pin bowls put in a bowl so that the edges and lifted the cone - screw cone. Allow to cool and solidify. waffles filled optional. Rally to understand that the oil is oil, since I do waffles with butter.

Olga, I do them with melted butter, and the recipe with Rama Kremfin, such a modern, vegetable and scented oil. But I think fat is fat, changes the smell, not consistency.

Aliana, how many wafer delicious cuisine out of a dose?

Around 25 pieces. Note, used Waffle with small holes. Furthermore, the dough is rare, but works great. Do not get scared as you see it, so it should be:-)

tried cones became great. I decided to experiment and added them to my cocoa and topping for saldoled flavored chocolate or caramel, chocolate cones are received. Bravo for the recipe, Rally :)
