Ingredients
2 eggs
1 cup powdered sugar
2 cup flour
3/4 cup sunflower oil
4 apples
10 g baking powder (1 packet)
1 tsp vinegar
1 tsp baking soda

Method
Eggs, sugar and the oil is broken with a mixer. Add the flour mixed with baking powder, baking soda dissolved in vinegar. Mix again. Peel the apples and grate and mix well with the paste. Pour the mixture into a greased and floured pan. Bake in preheated oven.
