BBQ Pork chops with warm nectarines

Ingredients
4 pork chops from loin
1/4 tsp coriander
1/4 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 cup (50 ml) apple cider vinegar
1 tsp (5 ml) rum
4 nectarines
Method
The meat is cleaned of fat and placed in an envelope with coriander, cumin, vinegar and rum. The envelope is sealed and placed in the refrigerator for 8 hours or overnight to marinate meat. When finished, the BBQ is heated. When ready, place the steaks on top with nectarines, peeled and halved. The BBQ should be about 15 cm away from the fire. Bake for 3-4 minutes on each side. Serve immediately.
