Beans stuffed with dried peppers

Ingredients
2 cups beans
2 onions
sunflower oil
tomato paste
paprika
2-3 leeks
3/4 cup rice
dried red peppers
mint
parsley
pepper, salt
Method
Boil the beans. Prepare roux chopped onions, tomato paste and red pepper. Salt it, and pour the beans to leave another 10 minutes to boil. Peppers soak in warm water.
