Beef Stroganoff in Brazil

Ingredients
1-1.5 kg beef or chicken
1-2 cloves garlic
1 onion
salt
pinch nutmeg
pinch of oregano
cream
3-4 tbsp ketchup
3 tbsp mustard
sunflower oil
dry white wine - optional
Method
The meat is cut into 3 cm cubes, place in a bowl with the chopped garlic cloves, chopped 1/2 onion, salt, nutmeg, oregano and wine and leave to marinate for for 1 hour. The other half of the onion is cut and fry gently in a little sunflower oil. Add marinated meat and marinade to the onion and if it is too dry, add a little water. Then add a little mustard and ketchup. When meat is cooked add the cream and the dish is left for 1 minute more fire. Serve warm.
