Bites with pear mousse blue cheese and prosciutto

Ingredients
2 pears
2 tbsp lemon juice
# For blue cheese mousse:
150 g cream cheese - Natural
80 g blue cheese - soft
2 tbsp chopped walnuts
2 scallions, pepper
fresh arugula leaves
12 slice prosciutto
150 ml dark balsamic vinegar
walnuts for decoration
Method
For the mousse: Put in a bowl cream the feta cheese and blue cheese . Stir with a spoon until smooth. I prefer greasy and soft blue cheese. Use feta cheese * Dates * e * Amber. Sprinkle with pepper and chop finely two feathers onion. Add 2 tbsp chopped and chopped walnuts. Mix well. This musat ready. For the pears: Wash pears and without them white cut them into two halves.
