Book kebab

Ingredients
500-750 g pork without bone (leg, shoulder, neck)
1 onion
2-3 dried red peppers
1 tsp savory
120 ml red wine
salt
sunflower oil
Method
Cut the meat into cubes. In bowl, crushed pepper, pour wine, add savory, salt and grated onion. Mix well. The meat is placed in the marinade, stir and allow to sit for 1-2 hours. Of parchment paper cut squares, smeared with sunflower oil and place in them meat. Took shape packages and arrange in a greased pan with sunflower oil (the country where the closed paper remains below). Pour soil and water kebab bake in preheated oven at 200 C for about 30 minutes.
