Method
Sift the flour and add salt to it - mix. Make a well - it pour the dissolved yeast in warm water and gradually pour hot water (depending on how much water you are dissolved yeast) and mix a soft dough is ready when smeared with sunflower oil, which gives rise to a warmly wrapped with cloth. Leave to rise for 30 minutes. The finished dough is rolled wick, cut to the same size pieces, or directly tear the court which is leavened dough. Is then the balls are coated with a mixture of butter and sunflower oil (the butter and the oil is heated slightly). Arrange in a greased and floured pan (or covered with baking paper), leave to rise for 20 minutes so sloppy. The feta cheese and eggs knead well. The balls are covered with the mixture again left to rest for 10 minutes (on a buttered so a mixture of eggs and feta cheese smear as remains of the mixture with the butter and the oil). Buns bake 25-30 minutes in a preheated oven at 200C degrees until golden.
