Buns with sauce

Ingredients
500 g flour
10 g yeast
200-220 ml milk
1 tsp salt
50 ml sunflower oil or other fat of your choice
150 g feta cheese
# TOPPING:
2 -3 eggs
100 ml milk
2 tbsp yogurt
Method
Sift the flour, yeast with a pinch of sugar are dissolved in 100 ml milk and allow to boil. Form a well in the flour and pour it into the yeast mixture, the oil, the remaining milk and salt. Kneaded until a soft dough. Leave in a warm place for 20-25 minutes to double its volume. Divide into pieces, which are spread soaked in oil (sunflower oil, butter, lard), sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese and form into small rolls. Rolls are arranged in advance oiled tray outside of the inside. Leave nabuhnat warm, covered with cloth. Put in preheated oven at 200 C. Shortly before bake completely broken eggs, milk and yogurt. Buns are covered with this mixture and left to be doizpekat above only.
