Cake with semolina

Ingredients
1 cup semolina
120 g sour cream
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup flour

Method
Cream is mixed with the semolina and allowed to stand for 1 hour. Eggs are broken down with sugar, add the cream with semolina and stir well. Finally, pour the flour with baking powder. You should get a thick mixture. Pour into greased with butter form and bake in a preheated 180C oven for 40-45 minutes.
