Cannelloni with chicken liver pate

Ingredients
500-600 g chicken livers
100 g bacon
1 package mushroom fix or spices of your choice
sheet for lasagna or cannelloni ready
100-150 g cheese
sunflower oil
1 bay leaf
1-2 Allspice
pinch nutmeg
1-2 cloves garlic
Method
Stew with bacon bay leaf, 1-2 grains allspice, a pinch of nutmeg and garlic. Add to short livers. Strain, add half mushroom fix and blend. Cannelloni are prepared according to package directions, but if used for lasagna sheets are immersed for a minute in boiling water. Cannelloni filled with the mixture or sheet for lasagna is wound with a little mixture. Roll them in grated cheese, arrange in a baking dish and bake in a moderate oven. Serve with remaining sauce mushroom fix, prepared according to package directions.

I did not make it, but I think an interesting recipe. A sell and ready cannelloni, so can be used and they :)
