Caramelized frog legs

Ingredients
3 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp honey
1 clove garlic, minced meat
pinch of ginger (powder)
450 g frogs'legs
pepper, salt
3 tbsp cornstarch

Method
Soy sauce honey, garlic and ginger mixed in a bowl and marinate this Oval good legs, then left for about 1 hour in the refrigerator. Then drain the legs from the marinade, spice with salt and pepper and rolled in starch. Roasted to medium intensity heated pan with a little oil for about 2 minutes from the country. During this time, heat the remaining marinade in saucepan until it begins to simmer. Finished legs flights are served with sauce.
