Carrot salad with blueberries

Ingredients
1 lemon
4 tbsp maple syrup
1 pinch salt
1/2 tsp pink pepper, coarsely ground
2 tsp walnut sunflower oil
200 g blueberries
4 carrots
150 g pineapple
40 g walnuts

Method
Lemon juice, maple syrup, salt, pepper and the oil mix. Blueberries are flooded with the resulting marinade. Peel the carrots and potato peeler to cut thin strips across the width. Pineapple cut, the walnuts baked in a pan without oil. Everything is mixed and stirred well, careful not to crush the berries. * Suitable for diet.
