Carrot tiganitsi

Ingredients
300 g carrots
2 green onions, only feather
3-4 sprigs of parsley
pepper, salt
2 eggs
2-3 tbsp flour
2 tbsp sunflower oil

Method
Grate carrots in large pieces grater. They add the onion, cut into long pieces. Add parsley without cutting it. Mix it with the eggs and season with salt and pepper. Finally, pour the flour and mix well. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Siptah small piles of the mixture and press them with a spoon to shape buns. Fry until golden on both sides medium heat. If frying fever tiganitsite quickly blighted and carrots will remain raw. Serve with yogurt sauce and salad.
