Cauliflower with rice

Ingredients
1 head cauliflower
1 onion
3-4 tbsp sunflower oil
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 cup Rice
pepper
salt
Method
Cauliflower is washed, cleaned and chopped into florets. Insert to stand for 1 hour in salted water, then removed and boiled in water with some other salt. Chopped onion stew in the oil. Once you begin to turn red, is added to it poluomeknaliyat cauliflower and stew ten minutes. Add the tomato paste diluted with a little water, and the dish is cooked over low heat. And put the rice, pour 3 cups hot water and add salt. After the rice absorb the liquid, dish seasoned with black pepper, stir and pour into a deep bowl for serving.
