Stuffed peppers with minced meat sauce

Ingredients
10 peppers
500 g minced meat
1 cup Rice
2 tomatoes
savory
mint
pepper
1 tsp paprika
egg 1
2 tbsp yogurt
salt
2 cubes vegetable broth
2 tbsp yogurt

Method
Minced meat flavored with mint, black pepper, savory and salt, then add the rice and kneaded. Fry gently in a pan, adding pepper and grated tomatoes. The cleaned peppers are filled with this mixture. Arrange in a greased deep pan and put 2-3 cups water, in which a stock solution. Bake in a moderate oven and turn to roast on both sides. Should be ready before Unstable all broth. The peppers are removed and the remaining broth after cool little bind with the egg and yogurt. The peppers are served with so prepared sauce.
