Caviar fish semolina

Ingredients
100 g of canned sardines
80 g semolina
1/2 tbsp tomato paste
2/3 cup sunflower oil
2 cup water
juice of one lemon
salt
Method
When the water boils, trickle pour it semolina, stirring constantly. Once the slurry thickens added fuzzy paste with cold water and boiled another 5 minutes. The mixture was removed from heat after cool down was added a thin stream of the oil, stirring continuously with a mixer. Similarly added and fat from the tin and fish. Finished caviar is dosolyava and seasoned with lemon juice. Decorate with olives, parsley, cooked eggs.
